Rental Agreement.
1, When the term of lease is shorter than a month, the shall be pro-rated by nightly rates, regarding the rates as

Form 7nights to 29nights: from 3428yen to 2150yen/per night/single. From 5428yen to 2700yen/per night/2guests
2, Please keep the noise down, especially after midnight (from 12p.m. to 6a.m)
3, Rooms are not to be shared or sublet to anyone else, unless you have permission from the manager.
4, Please clean up when you have finished, eating. Wash your dishes and clean up any spills or mess, you have
made when cooking.
5, No parking bikes and motorbikes in the building except in our house,

7, If any damage to the rental property, being caused by a tenant. The tenant is asked to pay the reparation cost.

to cancel the Rental Agreement immediately without notice.
9, Any violation of these rules will result in you being asked to leave, without notice.
10, If the tenants lost the our house’s key, one key for \1500 will be asked to pay.
